 James B. Ovens

President

Company president James B Ovens founded Vector Systems in 1987 following a successful career in a variety of roles in process control manufacturing. From innovative design to procurement, bidding and documentation, over the years Ovens developed a set of industry-leading processes and best practices that are a hallmark of Vector quality to this day. His experience includes successful commissioning of systems for such harsh and remote locations as the Alaskan North Slope and the jungles of Asia. His experience includes systems designed for Class I, Division 1 and 2 environments (explosion proof).

Ovens is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served on the USS Nimitz.

 

 Dustin D. Divinia

Vice President, Sales and Applications

Vice President Dustin Divinia has broad experience in process control, having commissioned over 100 SCR systems worldwide and designed over 300. At Vector Systems, Dustin is responsible for the entire staff including engineering and field teams, the implementation of policies and procedures for design, project management and fabrication of all projects. Prior to joining Vector, he was a project engineer, and engineering manager at a competitor where he led a team of over twenty employees. There he was recognized with a Chairman’s Award as the individual whose achievements most positively impacted the company.

Divinia has specialized knowledge in the areas of Selective Catalytic Reduction systems (SCR) used on boilers, combined cycle generation, simple cycle generation, diesel generator sets, coal boilers and other combustion sources.

Divinia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University.
 

 Jason Harsch

Engineering Manager

An industrial/manufacturing engineer with considerable experience in process controls, industrial workflow, work instructions, chemical processes, materials testing, optical inspection, tool design, CAD (2D and 3D)and others.  Jason manages the engineering team which is involved with 3D system design, CFD, instrumentation selection, logic design, electrical design, panel layout, PLC programming, and more.  Jason is an integral part of the Vector Systems team.

Jason graduated Cum Laude with a BST from Texas State University at San Marcos.


 Mark Amos

Director of Operations

Mark brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience to the Vector Systems team, including extensive experience in production control and project management.  He has been a key member of Vector Systems since 2007.
