Dustin Divinia, President & CEO
Dustin Divinia was raised in a family with a strong focus on education and engineering, and he developed a love for mechanical and electrical systems from a young age. He pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and went on to gain extensive experience in process control, specifically in the design and commissioning of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems.
As President of Vector Systems, Divinia pursues a wide variety of opportunities in alternative fuels and conventional energy applications, always advocating for high-quality product standards to ensure the best solution for end users. He is widely recognized in the petrochemical industry and is an active member of the American Boiler Manufacturers Association, having served on its board recently
Lorie Clark, CFO
Ms. Clark has been working in the manufacturing accounting and finance area since 1996. Her accounting and financial career began in 1991 in the Mortgage Banking industry and moved into manufacturing where she found her niche. She is an experienced C-Level executive with a demonstrated history of cash flow management and is instrumental in building the financial health of the companies she works with. Skilled in Business Planning, and numerous software platforms, APICS CPIM studies and Risk Management certified, Ms. Clark focuses on all the elements of what makes a company grow and remain profitable.
Ms. Clark has earned a BAS from University of North Texas in 1986 in French and continued pursuing additional educational avenues to build her career in Accounting and Financial Management. She currently holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Finance and Financial Management Services and makes a conscious effort to remain on top of any major tax or GAAP changes that could affect VSI.
Vaughn Watson, Director of Marketing & Sales
Vaughn Watson joined Vector Systems, Inc. in 2023. He is a retrofit specialist and very knowledgeable in process control equipment applications.
With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in design, sizing, application, engineering, and installation of Environmental Air Pollution Abatement technologies Vaughn is widely regarded as a Subject Matter Expert in SCR Process Equipment. In addition to his technical experience, Vaughn is also an experienced sales team growth leader, with a track record of implementing proven systems and streamlining organizational revenue growth thru customer-centric technical sales.
He regularly speaks at turbine user’s groups to educate and advise plants operators of maintenance and environmental concerns throughout the industry.
Vaughn earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of North Texas, as well as holds multiple technology patents on Ammonia injection designs.
Jason Harsch, Director of Engineering
An industrial/manufacturing engineer with considerable experience in process controls, industrial workflow, work instructions, chemical processes, materials testing, optical inspection, tool design, CAD (2D and 3D)and others.
Jason manages the engineering team which is involved with 3D system design, CFD, instrumentation selection, logic design, electrical design, panel layout, PLC programming, and more. Jason is an integral part of the Vector Systems team.
Jason graduated Cum Laude with a BST from Texas State University at San Marcos.
Casey Bowles, Director of Operations
Casey Bowles has broad experience in industrial operations and project execution. Prior to joining Vector Systems, he served in various positions from Instrument & Controls Engineering, Engineering and Design Management, Project Management, and Operations and Execution Management. Mr. Bowles possesses experience and broad knowledge in industrial engineering and manufacturing processes specifically relating to custom, made-to-order, metal manufactured products within the Oil & Gas and Energy Industries having served in the above various positions for over 20 years.
Mr. Bowles earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech University.
