Dustin Divinia, President
Dustin Divinia has broad experience in process control, having commissioned over 100 SCR systems worldwide and designed over 300. Prior to joining Vector, he was a project engineer, and engineering manager at a competitor where he led a team of over twenty employees. Divinia has specialized knowledge in the areas of Selective Catalytic Reduction systems (SCR) used on boilers, combined cycle generation, simple cycle generation, diesel generator sets, coal boilers and other combustion sources.
Today he is an active member of the American Boiler Manufacturers Association, and has served on the Board recently.
Divinia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University.
Brett Montague, Director of Sales
Mr. Montague joined the Vector Systems team in 2009 as a sales estimator. In October of 2018, he was promoted to Director of Sales. Mr. Montague has over 15 years of experience in engineering, estimation, marketing, and sales.
Driven by a passion for marketing, sales, and social media, he is responsible for the branding, strategic sales strategy and digital marketing initiatives for the company. He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Excelsior College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas A & M Commerce.
Mr. Montague is also proud to be a veteran of America’s Navy having served aboard the USS Enterprise Nuclear Carrier.
Mark Amos, Director of Projects
Mark Amos brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to the Vector Systems team, including extensive experience in production control and project management.
He holds certificates from Collin College in both Project Management and Operations Management as well as Business Management from A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He has been a key member of Vector Systems since 2007.
Jason Harsch, Engineering Manager
An industrial/manufacturing engineer with considerable experience in process controls, industrial workflow, work instructions, chemical processes, materials testing, optical inspection, tool design, CAD (2D and 3D)and others.
Jason manages the engineering team which is involved with 3D system design, CFD, instrumentation selection, logic design, electrical design, panel layout, PLC programming, and more. Jason is an integral part of the Vector Systems team.
Jason graduated Cum Laude with a BST from Texas State University at San Marcos.
Adrian Quintanilla, Quality Assurance Manager
Adrian Quintanilla is the Quality Assurance Manager for Vector Systems to determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. He also assesses customer requirements and ensures that the specifications are established.
After spending 20 years working in managerial positions and marketing for various companies, Adrian knows what truly drives a business. He accomplishes results by communicating job expectations. He enforces company systems, policies, and procedures.
Adrian has been in the field since 2014 and has secured several certifications. He holds Liquid Penetrant Certification and Visual Inspection Certification (ASNT-SNT-TC-1A).
When he is not working, you will find Adrian playing golf, fishing, and enjoying family.
Casey Bowles, Director of Operations
Casey Bowles has broad experience in industrial operations and project execution. Prior to joining Vector Systems, he served in various positions from Instrument & Controls Engineering, Engineering and Design Management, Project Management, and Operations and Execution Management. Mr. Bowles possesses experience and broad knowledge in industrial engineering and manufacturing processes specifically relating to custom, made-to-order, metal manufactured products within the Oil & Gas and Energy Industries having served in the above various positions for over 20 years.
Mr. Bowles earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Texas Tech University.
Lorie Clark, Controller
Ms. Clark has been working in the manufacturing accounting and finance area since 1996. Her accounting and financial career began in 1991 in the Mortgage Banking industry and moved into manufacturing where she found her niche. She is an experienced C-Level executive with a demonstrated history of cash flow management and is instrumental in building the financial health of the companies she works with. Skilled in Business Planning, and numerous software platforms, APICS CPIM studies and Risk Management certified, Ms. Clark focuses on all the elements of what makes a company grow and remain profitable.
Ms. Clark has earned a BAS from University of North Texas in 1986 in French and continued pursuing additional educational avenues to build her career in Accounting and Financial Management. She currently holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in Finance and Financial Management Services and makes a conscious effort to remain on top of any major tax or GAAP changes that could affect VSI.
