McKinney, TX – January 17, 2023 – Vector Systems, Inc., a Texas corporation has acquired Dalnor Systems, Inc. The transaction is the result of a multi-generational relationship dating back to the ‘60s and was executed in the final hours of 2022. As part of the agreement Vector Systems acquires Jo-Bell Products, a design manufacturer of Level switches that was founded in 1947. In addition, the Bonham facility, that has housed all three companies for many years consolidates under Vector Systems.
