VECTOR SYSTEMS WINS TWO ORDERS FOR LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA REFINERIES
McKinney, Texas, June 6, 2019 – Vector Systems, Inc., a process control systems integrator and fabricator headquartered in McKinney, Texas, has been awarded an order for two ammonia dilution and vaporization skids, one for each Refinery location. Such skids are a key component in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems used for NOx pollution control on power plants and other combustion sources. These particular ammonia skids will be used in conjunction with an SCR system for a Reboiler Heater & Hydrocracker Fractionator Reboiler application in refineries in the Los Angeles area.
In addition to producing ammonia handling equipment, VSI has been designing and building control systems for SCR systems for the power generation and other process-oriented industries for over 30 years. The company offers full integration capabilities for control systems, including in-house design, fabrication, programming and on-site start-up assistance.
Most process control systems utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) for complete automatic control of both batch and continuous production. The cement, gypsum, food, automotive, roofing, insulation, and petroleum industries are but a few examples of the markets served by Vector Systems.
Vector Systems, Inc., founded in 1987 in Richardson, Texas, is a global supplier of fully integrated process control solutions.
